my hubby loves the pythons. I DON'T GET IT !!!

I have been on this website for a whole four hours maybe? Mostly because I know I won't have the chance to come back for a while so I thought I would get in as much as I possibly could before I have to leave. First I would like to say the way all of your got your handles are pretty interesting and I feel like a total nerd looking at how I got mine. Even though I am not a little kid anymore my friends and I came up with code names, if you will, for our miniature ghost hunting group and I chose artemis mostly because she was known as the goddess of the hunt and I think at some point fertility and the moon, but 'the hunt' would be obviously hunting for ghosts and 'the moon' well, I just love the moon and i am a Cancerian. The fertility thing, not so much, and her whole slaughtering thing (which sort of deals with he hunt) also not so much. I would like to hear about how other names came about it is very interesting.

I chose mine do to the fact that I grew up in paranormal land sorta speak. I have delt with the spirit world since I was an infant. I still have paranormal activity around me to this day. Not to mention I love Halloween I don't feel so much like a freak on that day. But the rest of the name is for the simple fact that I love to watch true shows about the paranormal and try to investigate things on my own. Hence the word Hauntedgeekster. I'm haunted and a geek sorta speak.

...just curious... maybe it's none of my business... but I've noticed in the forums I've visited so far in here, where "Cinders" has replied, it only says "..........". Why is that?

Ahhh yes...I should go through and probably delete those. There was a strange issue we had a while back. One of our current members who checks in from time to time had an issue with someone pretending to be her! Creepy! Those comments you probably found with the dots was the person deleting their posts after the forum member spoke with them.

not sure what kinda handle we are talking about here and iIm guessing (sea life) would work. I was watching wolf's rain which is a anime, and I was amazed that so many people did not see the ending the way i did. here is a quote.. i found that reminds me of how I see paradise..

nothing too exciting about my handle really. I love ghosts and yes, i am a very young grandma. children tend to like me. I love kids of all ages and they usually feel comfortable with me. Unless I'm giving them a shot!
I think if ever a ghost would make itself known to me at any time, it would be a child's.
there is much to be learned from children, even in the afterlife.

Melanie and I chose our names (handles if you wish) Mattsghosts and Melsghosts, due to when we lived thru our haunting yrs ago, when happenings would occur we would look at each other and blame it on mine or hers, Mattsghosts, Melsghosts. There you have it...

Ok well the third coast paranormal name comes from the state of Michigan being surrounded by The Great Lakes making Michigan a "third" coast line. I know kind of a lame story lol.

hahahaah;) I love hearing all these stories. I forget that Michigan is technically a "third coast line!" And I wish I had a ghost I could blame stuff on!
