They certainly do have religious forums!

As a woman who was raised Christian all her life, but whose family didn't really believe in organized religion, I went through a phase where I was looking at organized religion a bit closer. What I found really, REALLY turned me off!

You should read some of the discussions of Halloween! It is enough to make you cringe. I grew up with Halloween being a fun, candy-filled kids' holiday, but some of these people just came unhinged on the subject. I now better understand why even though my family is technically United Methodist, we really don't have anything much to do with organized religion.

I wish more people thought the way people in this discussion are thinking about religion.

Thank god I've never run into too many Halloween haters. That's my favorite time of year! In fact, that's most ghost hunters favorite time of the year. It's the one time of the year where not everyone looks at you too Kooky when you say you are into paranormal investigation.

I was listening to the radio last week and they were interviewing that guy who used to play "Willy" on Charles In Charge. He just wrote a book on his crazy life and was pimping it. He's also very religious but stated the next book he's working on is a religious one, but will be called, "I Love Jesus, but it's Christians I hate." Now of course, that can be taken all out of context by many people depending on their perspective, but I understood what he meant and I think a lot of people in this forum understand it too. It's the Christians who take things out of context and and ones who have pointed at us fellow ghost hunters and called us "devil worshipers..." The ones that play the self righteous card are the ones that really get under my skin...
