Theame Song

Postby lostzac on Fri Dec 14, 2007 6:51 am

I was originally only gonna do a question of the week, but I decided to change it to a Question of the day (Gotta Keep those post counts up baby)

Todays Question

If the Group you belong to, or could start had a theme song to play before you left for a hunt to get you ready what would it be ?

Mine would be You aint see nothing yet by BTO
"There are things that go bump in the night, we are the one's who bump back"

Ok I"m a metalhead, but I love Shiney Toy Guns...I saw them in the summer and they were great live!

Hmmm...what would be my sound.....the one that comes to mind right now is "Take This Life" by In Flames....that's an awesome song...or Wasted Years by Iron Maiden

I love this question

Postby fooledsweetness on Wed Jan 30, 2008 2:01 pm

This questing is amazing to me i am into evanescence and as soon as i seen this i knew what my theme song would be all that i'm living for! its eerie melodelic and it makes me disconnect from the world and go into one of my own. makes me want to ghost hunt or drive :)
All That I'm Living For lyrics

All that I'm living for,
All that I'm dying for,
All that I can't ignore alone at night.

I can feel the night beginning.
Separate me from the living.
Understanding me,
After all I've seen.
Piecing every thought together,
Find the words to make me better.
If I only knew how to pull myself apart.

All that I'm living for,
All that I'm dying for,
All that I can't ignore alone at night.
All that I'm wanted for,
Although I wanted more.
Lock the last open door, my ghosts are gaining on me.

I believe that dreams are sacred.
Take my darkest fears and play them
Like a lullaby,
Like a reason why,
Like a play of my obsessions,
Make me understand the lesson,
So I'll find myself,
So I won't be lost again.

All that I'm living for,
All that I'm dying for,
All that I can't ignore alone at night.
All that I'm wanted for,
Although I wanted more.
Lock the last open door, my ghosts are gaining on me.

Guess I thought I'd have to change the world to make you see me,
To be the one.
I could have run forever,
But how far would I have come
Without mourning your love?

All that I'm living for,
All that I'm dying for,
All that I can't ignore alone at night.
All that I'm wanted for,
Although I wanted more.
Lock the last open door, my ghosts are gaining on me.

Should it hurt to love you?
Should I feel like I do?
Should I lock the last open door,
My ghosts are gaining on me.

Nine Inch Nails...Head like a Hole till my ears bleed........that or some white zombie "Black Sunshine"

Also Alice in Chains "Rooster"

OoOOOOO I love "Head Like A Hole!" Great album!!! I actually miss the days when NIN were a big harder. The newer stuff just isn't the same. On past albums, every song was great, but on the last ones, I kinda skip around for the good songs.

When I first heard the song 'Only', before it got to the chorus...I thought I was listening to one
of those weird motivational type songs where the guy talks through the whole thing! lol.

I used to love Metallica too "Enter Sandman" would be a great one.....but then they kinda softened too.

I was 16 when Head Like a Hole came out.......great memories of that song.

I was....let's see.....the album came out in 1989...I was 9!!!:)

And yeah...Metallica used to be good. Not so much anymore. Plus they just get way overplayed. I'm the type that likes finding that band that no one has heard off. Then I get pissed when they make it big and then they don't feel like my band anymore:( Metallica fell off after the Black album, even though that album is way different than past albums too. I hate Lars though. He's so annoying.

Well let's see I am 31....so maybe I was younger when it came out....my then girlfriend bought it for me and it was the first time I had heard Trent Reznor, maybe I just assumed they were new then.

Pretty Hate Machine with "Head like a hole" was their very first album. So that would have been the first time you had ever heard of the mighty Trent!!! I've seen them in concert once and it was an awesome show.
