I just read a article about hair dye and the loss of hair. They said that sometimes if you dye your hair enough your hair will start to fall out on the spot! I have dyed my hair countless times. I went from being a blonde to a brunette to a dirty blonde/ Light brownish color and that was just last year! Pray for my head people. ahahaha.
I think I'm done with the hair dye for awhile. I really dont want to try the bald look.

iI have died my hair since I was thirteen, now I am 34.
No bald spots!
Actually, coloring your hair is not as dangerous as getting a perm. Also, if you get a good kind, the conditioners are very good for your hair AND if you have thin, hair, coloring it thickens hair strands therefore makes hair seem fuller and thicker. _________________ Inside everyone of us, there exists a dark side. I've dyed my hair.....mostly black....for my elvis gigs...
one time I dyed it Red and everyone was like 'OMG'. Not red like blood,
but natural red.
I'm against hair dye...it killed my hair.
I dyed my hair,
then my hair died.

Do you really think it was the hair dye that made you loose hair? I wonder if it effects guys more than girls... _________________ Amberrose

| I think if you dye it blonde it will make the hair brittle and break off. I guess the bleach does it. They said it's a lot more safe to try the hair dye's without any bleach in them.

Petroleum Jelly? Did you use that like hair gel?
And my friend went to a crappy hair stylist who didn't pay attention to the already bleached areas of her hair, put more on top of it and her hair actually broke off in chunks and the stylist tried telling her "well you just did that with a flat iron." And my friend who's been straightening her hair for years, thought, "yeah....I just forgot how to straighten my hair and continued to hold the iron in one place on my hair until I singed it off...." _________________ Amberrose

i just recently got my normal hair color back after it being colored for 5 (almost 6) years
the only way i accomplished this was because i cut my hair short and then accidentally shaved it all off, good times
but i also have very very very VERY thick hair... it has always been thick, although i have noticed it more since i started dying it
i also tend to shed... a LOT, i had to clean out the bathtub drain every time i showered, (when my hair was long anyway)... however i dont feel that this is due to constant dying and manipulating, i think its a hormonal thing, or possibly i just need to eat once in a while
anyway, getting to my point... yes i used to dye my hair all the time, and yes i deal with some complications you guys are discussing... but these could be caused entirely by other factors, and could be the same for these other people (assuming they live similar lifes as me)
and im done talking, time for class! _________________ If the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off.

hi !!!
the only thing that is fake about me is the color of my hair. i don't even know what the real color is anymore, but i was blonde when i was a kid. i was all the colors under the rainbow. and girls? blondes DO have more fun !!!
when you dye your hair, do the roots first for the first 15 min, then do the ends for the last 1o. AND use a great conditioner=the cholestorol one is the best. leave it on for 30 minutes with a plastic bag on your hair.
about bald guys? bald is sexy. my hubby shaves his head like steve wilkos. i guess you have to be old like me to appreciate it. hair on men matters to women, when women are in their 20's. i wonder if ghosts dye their hair-lol _________________ mortie

hi !!!
speaking of fashion conscienceness (sp) . ghosts are seen wearing clothes. are ghosts modest? why wear clothes in the afterlife? does it matter? do they walk around in clothes that they wore in life, their favorite outfit, or their buriel clothes. some people die and are buried or cremated in their hospital gowns. that would suck to walk around eternity in that !!!
as a former mortician, we cut the clothes up the back and then we sewed a knot at the back of the collar to keep it in place. the joke we had in the industry is that everyone in heaven are standing with their backs against the wall LOL _________________ mortie
